Can you recommend a good pair of short cord earphones?

So I'm looking to see what fellow wooters might use or know about with regard to short cord (~2ft) in ear earphones for use with armbands in the gym. So far I've only really been able to find the Sennheiser CX380 for about $60 shipped. These things are pretty damn ugly imo and I'd like to get my gf a pair without having to get ones with yellow cords, and are at about the $100 or less price point. What do you think?

I use these Sony MDR AS50G

They are a little weird but fantastic bass and stay in very well while I'm running around. I also got them because I can easily take them out and put them back in quickly.

Also the cord is 2ft or a hair under and comes with an extension to make it normal length.

Have you considered bluetooth headphones?

I have to some degree but her ipod nanos (last year and this years versions)don't support bluetooth I think.
