I did not get the Freaker and to be honest, I would not of purchased the three items I did if I knew I was not going to get the Freaker. There was some confusion (through conversations with mods that were really trying hard to help me :)) on whether I was eligible to get them or not. I purchased the randoms that were put up during the Woot-off. Every other item from shirt.woot during the Woot-off got the Freaker so I was surprised when I did not receive them.

@pitamuffin: a 'Freaker' is like a sweater koozie for a bottle - shirt woot had them as a bonus for the Octoberfest shirt wootoff.

I got the Portal 2 mini portal gun with shirt bundle. I got the gun awhile back, but still don't have the shirt. I think it's currently in transit, though. They sent an email asking for shirt size and then when I got the gun it had a note on it asking again for my shirt size. A bit bungled this time, indeed.

@agingdragqueen: I just got another email asking for my shirt size. The email reads we HAVE heard back from you, but I think it means haven't. Should I reply?

@bsmith1: Definitely reply, to support@woot.com - not to no-reply, of course. I'm thinking that they never dealth with the first, or second round of size emails. :/

@thumperchick: Email sent. I figured adq pinged them which prompted the most recent email. I've been replying to support, but this time I used the email associated to my woot account opposed to the Google one it gets forwarded to. The weird thing is I have had a tracking# on that order for awhile, but ups, usps, nor FedEx recognize it.

@bsmith1: they're checking back in with the people they have down as not contacted but that's definitely super weird they contact you if your shirt's already on the way- email them back (at support@woot.com, like tc sayz), and I'll figure out what's up with your order in the morning.

@bsmith1: Ah, I too got my 3rd "what's your size?" email! I responded, again - to support@woot - and got and automated response telling me my replacement is on the way. lulz. I'm going to avoid support and just deal directly with the lovely @agingdragqueen until this bundle is unbungled. :)
