Why is a JCPenney deal blocked?

I tried to add the direct coupon so that people who would prefer to print and shop in store could, but the site was rejected. It's the printable link from the JCPenney email and the coupon doesn't indicate that it can't be shared so I can't think of what might be the issue. Question search didn't give me an answer so does anyone know?

I'm guessing its because of the url of the link. Your link to the coupon is a html instead of the normal .com type of extension the site probably doesn't recognize it as a non-malicious link.

Anyway, that's my guess, and I'm sticking to it.
