Sure. We'll be going in costume to the local RenFaire, so in a way we are.

Well, since you said I'm not invited, I guess I wouldn't go

I would, why not. A party is a party.

You can do it as long as you wait until January 1st to open your Christmas presents.

I mght come, but i'm not wearing a costume. It just feels wrong.

I would go, I would dress up again, too. Who am I kidding, I AM going to a Halloween at Christmas party in December, and costumes are required.

Random stranger here: No, I would not attend. Silly of me to even respond since I wouldn't attend a 'timely' Halloween party.

Just wanted to suggest you call your party "A Costume Party" (leave out the Halloween reference). Or how about a "Sorry, We're late, We Lost Track of Time - Please Forgive Us and Come to our Halloween Party." Better yet, get the jump on everyone and give an ultra-early "Halloween Costume Party - 2012."

Hey, in my neck of the woods you'd right on target. Due to last weekend's snowstorm some towns around here postponed Halloween until this Friday!

a "Winter Relief Halloween Party"... Hummmm, get a fake snow machine...

December is a hellish moth of work.... So we always have our Holidays / xmas festivities in January.
Go for it!
