Has anyone purchased from brillantstore.com ? (successfully or with issues?)

I think this site posts deals on here fairly frequently. I ordered from them about 1 month ago, they were advertising these little rubber kickstand-like items for holding up a smartphone. I ordered 2 on 3/4, and still haven't gotten them. It said in the order confirmation that most customers receive them in 2-3 weeks - so obviously for me it's been 1 month and I still don't have them. Tonight I noticed they posted the same deal, and I commented this same thing. Now the deal is gone, like 10 minutes after my comment.

1) Did Brillantstore itself pull the deal, or was it a woot moderator?

2) Has anyone used this site, and either had issues or a good purchase? I paid with Paypal and will file a claim if I don't get them in the next week, since I have 45 days to do so.

the deal is there if you click on the @brilliantstore2 username and see the other posts they have. it doesn't show on the fresh tab anymore and it's not popular. i dunno what gives but you only get about 10 minutes to delete a deal/post, after that it's gone until modded off. and the post was ~3 hours old when you asked the question

i haven't used the site but have seen their items posted a lot. i don't remember other complaints. stuff from china could take months though. I ordered an item from another company and received it 3+ months later. so i know the feeling :(
