@pemberducky: Working in IT I find that Parkinson's Law combined with Putt's Law pretty much sums it up.

I have always followed my own law. "Anything not worth putting off is not worth doing." It is followed by "It is impossible to enjoy idling thoroughly unless I have plenty of work to do."
