The Best deals.woot Deal Ever (so far)!

A while back, gravitykitty posted the question, "Anyone know where I can get Cascade 220 yarn under $6?" I got in touch with her and she got what she wanted for FREE. OK, I paid for it in exchange for a scarf. It arrived today and is beautiful. Below are links to pictures and the original deals.woot request. For a bit of her time and $3.50 in postage, gravitykitty got the wool she wanted. For less cash than it would cost at a store, I got a wonderful, handmade scarf.

I'm not sure anyone is going to be able to top this. Perhaps you should have set the bar a bit lower.

I still love the deal for cheeseburger in a can, and that deal for the dog feeders from Germany... Now I'm going to have to go off and think about this one for a while.

@gravitykitty: I know how to knit, but only the standard knit. My grandmother taught me how. We made a scarf together. Amusingly enough I am a young man who only knows how to make scarves.

@faughtey: What I meant was that, even though we know you can vote, when I saw your comment, it had a zero instead of a one. Sometimes Deals corrects itself, and sometimes it doesn't. It would be interesting to know what combination of events causes the database to become confused. I just find it disconcerting, is all.

Seems to be fixed now, though.
