Sorry to hear this, usually woot doesn't have these issues, and their customer service is typically outstanding. If it was shipped SmartPost that may be the issue, I've waited over a week for something to arrive before. What type of "run around" have you been getting from customer service?

Hopefully someone from the woot staff will respond with some better information.

Well they give me the, "I'm sorry for the delay, but unfortunately, we're not able to provide any updated information on your orders" that was from last Friday. And its not Smart Post. I am not waiting for it to arrive, I am waiting for it to actually ship.

@jordak: Thanks for the response (usually OPs never respond.) That is bizarre, it might be an Amazon fulfillment issue (woot ships from Amazon's warehouses sometimes.)

By the way, which Woot site did you order from? (Home, Sport, Sellout, etc) I'm not able to find anything "picture" related sold on 1/25. Was it a Woot Plus deal? I was hoping to check the comments of that particular item to see if anyone else is having similar issues. Thanks,

Well it looks like people are either still waiting, or they got their's yesterday. You're not alone. I'm not exactly sure where Woot ships their Plus deals from, but I'm willing to bet it is a shipping issue with a contracted warehouse (or company). I agree that it would be nice if they gave you some better information, though.

Since they haven't apologized, I'll apologize on behalf of the deals.woot community (I'm not an employee) if that helps you out at all.

Just have a little bit of faith, it will show up eventually. I once waited a month for a wine rack to show up, I think they gave me a "sorry for the wait" coupon though.

When I bought the Star Wars posters, they were sold by Woot but everything else was handled by the specific company, to include shipping. When they shorted me a poster, Woot had to get in contact with their customer service to try and resolve the issue. Something similar might have happened here.

Both prints have this note:
"Special Note: Print will ship 3-5 business days after January 28, 2013."

They should have been shipped by yesterday, 2/7 (5 bus. days after Jan. 28th). Crossing fingers for you....really believe you'll receive them. Eventually. Patience is a virtue...or so they say. :-/

Actually they should have shipped on the 4th. 1/29, 1/30, 1/31, 2/1, and 2/4 would be 5 business days. So they should have shipped Monday, I read the special note
