Any stay-at-home parents out there? Advice?
I just became a stay-at-home dad this week. My wife, an attorney, was on leave for 13 weeks and now she's back to work and I'm home all day with a 3-month old little girl named Emerson. It makes sense since she makes WAY more than I do (teaching nursing at a private school doesn't make the millions) and we're saving on child care costs.
Why are you a stay-at-home parent? What do you do all day? Does it get easier or harder the older the kids get? Did you go from 2 incomes to 1? Any advice? Funny stories? Warnings?
