Anyone receive their Whiskey Rock survival kit (sponsored deal from ~Thanksgiving)?

My order has yet to ship after 3 weeks, even though they say it should be delivered in ~14 business days (i.e. the same time frame).
I haven't received any tracking/shipping information from them yet, and my contacts with customer service have either not provided an answer or been ignored entirely.
Has any Wooters received their Survival Kit from Whiskey Rock?

An update-
I received an email from their customer service saying "Yes it will arrive by Christmas." That's it.
They wouldn't confirm whether the order has shipped yet, but the website for the Survival Kit still says "Guaranteed to arrive before Christmas!"

SO FRUSTRATING. I ordered two as gifts on 11/26, and they still haven't arrived. I leave the day after tomorrow back home for the holidays and now I've got one day to replace those gifts. That means MORE SHOPPING. Nooooooooooooooooooooooo!

I asked them to cancel my order and will be following up with my credit card company to ensure these charges are refunded.
Woot, please do not accept any more sponsored deals from Whiskey Rock. They are unable to fulfill the basic requirements of their job - delivering the products their customer ordered.
