How about some bacon themed Super Bowl party food deals?

Bacon wrapped-scallops, shrimp, and oysters. Jalapeno poppers wrapped in bacon. Chili-with bacon. Bacon sliders. Bacon wrapped mini hotdogs with brown sugar and butter (so unbelievably good). Bacon jam on toast points.

Bacon / Water Chestnut Wraps:
Get a pound of bacon, 2 cans of whole water chestnuts (drained) and a jar of honey or molasses. Preheat oven to 350. Cut the bacon slices in half and wrap each piece around a water chestnut. Stick a toothpick through each one to hold them together. Place in a shallow baking pan and bake for 30 minutes. Pour about half the jar of honey or molasses into a small bowl. Take the bacon wraps out after 30 minutes and place on paper towels to absorb grease. Drain grease from baking pan. Dip each bacon wrap in the bowl of honey or molasses (or other sauce/coating of your choice) then place them back in the pan and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes at 350.

Delicious!
