Not a fancy stainless steel watch just a regular black watch

How much would qualify as cheap? I mean, some may say $50 is cheap, others may say that's too much. What's your budget?

Analog or Digital? Need a chrono, date, or an alarm? Did you want a wrist watch or a pocket watch? We need more info if you want what you're looking for.

Timex watches aren't bad for what you pay. And they have Indiglo, which is quite useful. Also, the analog watches actually look decent.

You used three adjectives: cheap, decent and black. Only one has a specific meaning.

What is "cheap" to you (state a number)? What is considered "decent"? It may be helpful if you define them first.

I got a functional analog watch that looks dressy enough for $30 at Target without a sale, so they can be found without too much trouble.

If you're thinking a different flavor of watch, I live near a Big 5, and every other week or so they have a Timex Ironman of some flavor for $20. You'll also see Timex Expedition watches show up in that price range, and those are classier.
