Who do I contact if I have a problem with my product?
Deals.woot is a deal aggregator and doesn't sell anything itself. It's just a place for you to find out about good deals that can be purchased elsewhere on the web. If you purchased something from a deal listed on deals.woot, you need to communicate with the retailer from whom you made your purchase.
If you did make a purchase from a Woot site, you should check your Woot order history for the site from which you ordered.

@abramokids: That is not always true.
If the item was purchased through woot, check the the listing (of said woot item) on the woot site and verify who is offering the warranty. There are some items (such as this one -
http://www.woot.com/blog/viewentry.aspx?id=16918 ) that offer a 90 woot limited warranty. In cases such as these, you would contact woot.
Just want to expand on what @faughtey said. If you purchased your item through Woot, the policy is that you should call the company that makes the item. Obviously, if it's a shirt, which Woot makes themselves, you should contact Woot at the provided nservice link above.
