Kinect from toys r us

So I was one of the lucky few to get a preorder for the kinect in from Toys r us website for $89.00 before they put the kibash on the code. My order went through, I was charged, and hadn't thought anything of it until I recieved an email today saying that my order had been canceled to to a technical error in there system and they offered me a $10 off coupon code.

Is there anyone else out there who was lucky enough to get this item? If so let me know if you have recived this same I'm sorry email.

I would post the link for the deal, it happened less then a week ago but it has been since removed from the system.

I was wondering when Toys R Us would cancel the orders. Their sales do not apply to pre-orders and as soon as they caught the glitch, they took it down.

Don't get us wrong. Negativity has its place. And downvotes are just as essential as upvotes when it comes to making Deals.Woot a useful place to find deals.

But when your votes lean so heavily toward the dark side, we have to wonder. Go vote up a few things. Accentuate the positive for a little while. It'll do you some good, and it'll do the site some good, too. Then you can get back to dealing out the smackdowns, OK?
