Did you know the shirt.woot catalog is back now?

It's actually been up (okay, on and off) for the past few days now, but now that they've posted in the blog, it's official.

The almost-all-designs shirt.woot catalog

They are cutting off orders when the daily capacity is met now, so order early!

(It's not 100% complete still - a work in progress I'm saying, but at least it's on the work side of things. ^_^
They got totally overwhelmed two months ago and had to close it.)

I don't know whether to be excited because A Distinct Possibility can finally be mine again, or annoyed because they want $18 for it.

@samstag: Indeed. I'm a bit disappointed at the pricing. It means that I will only use it when I miss an awesome design or ruin a favorite shirt (rather than actually shopping there as a clothing store). I get the feeling that's the intent though. It's on-demanding printing. It almost certainly costs more to make 'em this way.

@jackofallgames42: Yeah I realize they're going to be more expensive because they're printing a bunch of one-offs, but I have so many woot shirts that it's really hard to justify spending that much. If they were printed on American Apparel I'd probably be less hesitant.

Geez, why so negative?

You have to vote up more before you can vote down.

Don't get us wrong. Negativity has its place. And downvotes are just as essential as upvotes when it comes to making Deals.Woot a useful place to find deals.

But when your votes lean so heavily toward the dark side, we have to wonder. Go vote up a few things. Accentuate the positive for a little while. It'll do you some good, and it'll do the site some good, too. Then you can get back to dealing out the smackdowns, OK?

See, we do a lot of stuff with your vote, using it to work out the popularity of what you voted for, compare that to all the other things voted on, tally up our leaderboard, work out your reputation.
