What's the name of that football-shaped bacon thing stuffed with sausage?

I'm sure you all know what I'm talking about- you weave the bacon around the sausage and grill it.

I can't remember what it's called, but I want to make one and could use some guidance. The name so I can look it up myself or direct counsel would be equally great.

As a side note, anyone have advice for putting chicken inside (in addition to the sausage) or a reason it needs to be grilled instead of fried?
