How do you know the BOC has gone up already?

How do you know if you've missed the BOC? For some reason my wootalyzer never rings when the BOC comes up and I only find out the next day that it's been up. Any tips?

Community--> then look if the boc has passed... or deals.woot.com/questions/fresh/ and see if there's 15 new questions posted about people getting or not getting the boc.

I keep two tabs open for each site during a woot-off, one for the item and one for the community page. Even if I miss a few items, a refresh shows what I've missed and the BoC shows up real easy...

Though the fastest way to find out is what @jsoko wrote: check the fresh questions tab.

I am a big fan of checking the community page at http://www.woot.com/Forums/Default.aspx

You can depend on Woot watchers to clue you about what's up, but the community comments are worth watching. There is more to a Woot-off than scoring a Basket of Comfort. Read some comments to see if there are other things trending.

But when your votes lean so heavily toward the dark side, we have to wonder. Go vote up a few things. Accentuate the positive for a little while. It'll do you some good, and it'll do the site some good, too. Then you can get back to dealing out the smackdowns, OK?
