Do you sit or stand at your office job?
I have been having some knee, neck, and lower back pain from the chair I currently sit in at work. Being in an office setting, I can have either a stand up or sit down station, or a mid height combo station. Just looking for opinions on what I can tr to minimize discomfort. As an fyi I have submitted HR requests for an ergo eval, as well as asking for a new chair. Any ideas are welcome!
