This weekend? Maybe in a month and a half, for me.

you take yours down? mine is up all year!
but for some of you, you might want to consider the wonders of decorating outside of your house while it's "warm" enought to not have to bundle up.

I'm still thinking about putting up last year's.

Just do it, who cares if the neighbors snicker? Seriously, why not, I had an artificial tree I left up until Easter once.

No, no, no, no, nooooooooooo!

Since YOU love it so much - do it! Doesn't affect anyone else, and it pleases you. Have fun and enjoy! One of the little (or big) pleasures in life....

I still haven't decided to give out candy or carve a pumpkin!!!! Don't ask me about Christmas stuff!!! I also have to go through Thanksgiving with my ex-inlaws !!!!!!!! Go Away!!!!!

My issues aside....Christmas is a wonderful time of the year. If it works for you and yours, go for it.

No way! I just finished getting my spooky stuff up, then next week it's turkeys and pilgrims or some such crap. Christmas deco for me starts on Thanksgiving weekend. Christmas shopping on the other hand... that started months ago.

How about doing the decorating in increments? Put out the cinnamon scented pine cones and the apple candles. Maybe some fake fall leaves and flowers? You can slowly add more wintry things as you take away the autumn stuff. Or you can decorate for a holiday that is over 6 weeks away and get busy baking all those holiday cookies you're going to send to us.

I wish I had your addresses a month ago when I made my halloween cookies... they were amazing looking but I forgot to give them away... Dont worry I ate most of them myself.
