Looking for a good deal on a semi-automatic rifle that fires the 7.62x54r round

I have and enjoy my Mosin Nagant but would like a semi-auto that shoots these relatively cheap bullets at a good price. So I'm looking at the Dragunov sniper rifle (or the Chinese NDM-86 variant, the PSL, or the M76. I'd prefer a scope (or at least the mount already on it) and hoping for the $500-800 range....

Any suggestions?

Dragunov, $600. If you look around you may or may not find one under $500. If you don't like Eastern bloc scopes I think you can get weaver mounts for them.
