I think they prefer to do things via email. They'd have to increase their prices if they had to pay to staff a call center....

I have found an email works better than calling them. I get a response, excluding the work order number email response, later that day or before noon on the following business day.

I usually include some humorous comment(s) to liven up their day.

I am having problems, bought the Ipod just lat night, the "blue" color on WOOT's page looked a lot darker than what it actually looks on the Apple site, So I emailed them to see if they can change the color,I was told to buy a new one (place a new order) and they will cancel the 1st one. so I did, now they are telling me they cant do anything and I am stuck with both.

I need a Phone # for this site, anyone?

On 6/24/2010, I submitted an order to Woot, order number 30456793. My PayPal account was charged on 6/25/2010.

When the order was not delivered on 3 July, 5 July, 6 July or the 7th of July, I sent an email to service@woot.com reporting non-delivery on July 7 at 12:26 PM.

Could you inquire.

No Delivery today (Saturday July 10, 2010) either. This is getting ridiculous. If you are not answering me and/or taking action, I want my money back. Cancel my order number 30456793.

It is now three weeks since the item was ordered and there has been no delivery of the order and Woot has sent only one email relative to this delivery and has not acknowledged my request for a refund. I don’t where to turn because they seem to not answer their email. I appears to me that the only email I received was a standard computer generated response.

Dan, I understand your frustration. I have sent multiple emails without ever getting a response. It has been 27 days since I ordered my shirt. Good luck.

We understand this too.... We managed to order two of the same shirts, but neither one got delivered.... isn't that the pits. We've filled out the online forms, sent emails etc. I love these products but you have to know 100% that you want it cause there's no way to resolve uncertainty.

I'm having trouble getting any response to a delivery problem. Case #W-1248585-MZ4O. I got an auto-generated response more than 3 weeks ago, but have heard nothing more, despite sending a couple more emails. Really, really disappointing. I can't continue to do business with a business that has no customer service. I found this phone number on a woot.com business document; it might be Matt Rutledge's number :-) [redacted]. Left a message. Don't really expect a response.

Do not buy glass items from woot. They do not know how to pack them. All bowls were broken.

I should not have to pay for a return when it is clearly the error of woot's inability to ship fragile items in a manner that will ensure items to be delivered in one piece.

TI only opened the outer box. The manufactured pyrex box inside sounds like a rainstick inside. I think all the bowls are broken.

Woot in this case should pay to ship this back and get their refund from UPS as the I should not be responsible for a mistake that I did not take part in. UPS will definitely refund the amount to woot so there will be not loss on their end.

When it comes to "customer support" it isn't about what Woot prefers or whether they would have to raise prices ... it's about fulfilling contractual obligations. I find the cavalier attitude of no response very annoying and highly unprofessional. I've bought a lot of things, but I think our days of doing business together is over.

I'll get my money back from PayPal ... if I don't hear from Customer Dis-Service.

OMG I have never had an issue with Woots CS. But after 4 emails with no response I have no choice but to call my CC and cancel the charges and with about 150 woots I have to say good bye as your customer has hit rock bottom and your reviews and BBB complaints have gone threw the roof. Not sure what is up and if Amazon has something to do with it. I do not need to run after CS cause this is BS when there is no one to call.

Customer Service for Woot is awful. I ordered an acoustic electric guitar for my daughter. They shipped a cheaper acoustic only guitar. I notified them immediately via email. When they got back to me (days later) they said they would send an electronic RMA label in a separate email. Never got it. Tried again... days later they said they would send another electronic RMA label. Never got it. I don't have any spam filtering turned on for my email, yet I have not received the label. I tried a third time, still no response. I will by contacting my CC soon. I have been a loyal customer with over 400 Woots, but this is just not worth it.

NOBODY replies to emails about problems and there are no phone numbers to call. I have been billed and have paid for an item that I still have not received, over a month later. Everytime I email they just assign me another "catchy case number." I will never buy anything else from them and am telling everyone I know the same thing.

I had an item (a projector) ordered almost two weeks ago. The tracking info was not updated until today, and the item was delivered to California, today. I'm on the other side of the US, in North Carolina. My shipping address and billing address were the same, and correct. I keep getting the same generic emails and being assigned a case number. Not sure what is going on, and UPS said to contact the seller. I just want the item I paid for...Considering a home audio receiver ordered Saturday, will be here tomorrow...
