I mistakenly used Saveology one time and never received the discounted subway gift card I purchased months ago. I have contacted them several times and have had no resolution.

I'll stick with Groupon and Living Social. They stand behind their deals and deliver your merchandise.

This company is a total FRAUD! Never ever use them again. I brought there AMC tickets and redeem it on the website, I was told that i will receive teh tickets in 2 weeks however, I never got them. I called them again, they said they had my address wrong and now they will send it again. Still I did not receive them. When I called them for the 3rd time, they said it never went out in the mail and they will now send it. I said I dont want them anymore! And I need a refund.
After I filed for refund. after another 2 weeks, I called them and the lady said they are backed-up on refunds and I should receive it soon. I recommend everyone to STAY AWAY from them, they are frauds and you will never get what you are promised for.

I purchased Dell and (2) Fandango vouchers from Saveology. In the end I will only be able to use (1) Fandango voucher. The Dell voucher does not work on the system Saveology claims it is good for in the fine print. One of the Fandango vouchers ended up being redemed with a code provided by snail mail. It will arrive after the offer ends. Stay away. They are a rip off.

They are the worst. We purchased a $25.00 target gift card on Dec. 9, which they in turn got through another service, Digital Doorstep also a huge fraud. The card arrived 6 weeks later, DD told us that it was only good for $5.00 because we had to register it so we could get the additional $20 loaded on to the card because of SECURITY PURPOSES!! Yep, their security purposes, because we registered it and guess what they still haven't loaded it on the card. Our money is still secure with them. No answers to emails, phone line always busy or a recorded message.
Total fraud.

I got a wireless range extender from Saveology (through Verizon) which works well. However, the rebate they offered takes 16-18 weeks to process. In the meantime I started getting monthly charges to my credit card. Apparently they snuck in a $6.99/month tech support fee with the equipment and called it a "package deal" that I did not know I was getting. Maybe not illegal, but definitely immoral. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

I just eant to WARN people NOT to purchase the offer from shoe scandal for australian style boots. They look nice but are very very shoddily constructed!! Save the 25 dollars and get.yourself ANY ottjer pair. They are all on sale everywhere now. NO WAY PURCHASR THIS DEAL. I LRARMED THE HARD. WAY IN JANUARY ...THE FASTENETS RIPPED AND THR LINING ID GARBAGE. THE SOLES ARE SLIPPERY TOO!

After we got a laptop, I discovered we needed more equipment to make it work. I found SaveologyTech, called in an order, and put the charges on my credit card. When the gear arrived (only two days later), I had learned that due to misunderstandings at both ends of the line, I needed to return it. So, I sent an e-mail, offering to eat the shipping cost, but asking for the rest to be credited to my card. Then to see how they might treat customers under such circumstances, I looked for comments about this company. I found some some positive ones, but also some that made me wonder if I would ever even receive any reply to my e-mail. But only a few hours later, I got a call from a manager who made me feel like she was a friend who wanted to solve my problem as fully as possible. She said all charges, even for shipping, would be refunded, and they were the next day, before I even sent the items back. At least for the way they treated me, I would certainly say, “Bravo, SaveologyTech”.

They are a scam... I purchased one of those $15 for $100 dining credit - they said you can redeem them that hundreds of locations... blah blah blah... I got the card. Turns out that you get 100 credit to purchase more dinning gifts cards. As in you have to pay another $90 dollars and get a $100 gift card. I called them and said it was a scam and I want my money back. They said just to mail back the dining card. I did - waited 1 months, called them... waited on the phone for 40 minutes and was told that they "didn't receive" my mail and can't do anything about it... Total BS - Stay away from them!!

I ordered two iTunes GC and got them both, no problem. One was in combination with a 14 day trial elite membership for new members and I got it, cancelled the elite program and still had $15 to spend on their site.

I believe I've recently been scammed by them. Bought a voucher for sheets and have not received them. It's been a month. They have stopped responding to emails.

Dear prospective Saveology customers,

NEVER USE SAVEOLOGY. The very first time I used saveology.com for a great deal, they over-sold the product by 400,000 buys (because they did not set a buying limit) and they randomly cancelled my order after >2 months of waiting. When trying to call their customer service to fix the problem, my calls were dropped every single time and I never got to speak with a representative. I have never gotten this kind of unprofessional customer service from Groupon, LivingSocial, DailySave, etc.

Just be warned. I will never use this site ever again and I have advised all of my friends and family to do the same.

I ordered a dog mattress May 22 and when I called a 4th time asking for a refund I was told it was mailed and delivered May 11!!!!!!!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME I'VE HAD A GRAND TOTAL OF 4 items I have to now dispute w my visa. They r so nice telling you your gonna get a refund but it never game

I just received my 4th iTunes giftcard from them today, 3 were $3 for a $15 GC and one was $7.50 for a $15 GC. I have also received two styli, two armbands, two sets of snoring thingies, the funky nail thingies, and one other item was shipped immediately after purchasing. I guess I am the only one that they are sending stuff to or I am extremely lucky (which I am not) and I do not work for them or personally care about them, just think its weird that I haven't had a problem, while everyone else has.

I ordered the Ray-Bans they drastically oversold.

After two and half months of waiting, I finally canceled my order today. I had to send a number of emails to them only to be promised it would be shipped soon etc... but it never happened. Saveology is a terrible company; it's a good thing free market economics doesn't allow companies like Saveology to last long.

Saveology has been the worst online purchase experience I've had in 12 years of online purchasing. Then again, if you never receive your item, it's not really a purchase....

The day after I placed my first order with Saveology (iTunes gift card), I was the victim of credit card fraud for the first time in my life. Coincidentally, my card was used to purchase gift cards. I fully believe that Saveology either knowingly or unknowingly allowed my account information to be used for fraudulent purchases.

Don't risk it. Stay away from these guys.

I too have had trouble with Saveology.com. I never received a product I paid for and they will not answer any more emails. Stay way for peace of mind.

Saveology sucks. I unfortunately signed up for their $10 elite deal, quickly cancelled in April, and they have continued to bill me. I spoke with supervisor Massiel, who would not even reverse the current charge. I quickly called my credit card company to request charge back unjustified charges.

Update.
Immediately after requesting a chargeback for all fees paid and complaining here and on facebook, Saveology emailed me, telling me they credited my account for all fees paid, and offering some extra credit if I order from them again. I'll be on the lookout to see if they do what they promised.

I took have had a continuing issue with Saveology. They advised me in an email that They refunded me $5.00 from am unclaimed deal but I have yet to see a credit on any of my charge accounts. I have emailed them seven or eight times for assistance in finding which card was processed and they have refused to reply to all my emails. I'll move on to Facebook to plea my case.

Do not use them unless you are willing to wait over a month for your item and another month to receive a refund for it. I ordered a RoboVac for my parents' anniversary and was told it could take up to 4-6 weeks to process and ship. I gave the time frame alotted and when I still did not receive any word on a tracking# or if the item was even shipped, I called in to find out what the problem was.

After calling in 3 times, sending 3 emails to the Merchant (it was confirmed by the CS Rep that they do not even have the phone# for the merchants they do business with) I waited another week, and there was still no answer. Customer Service had to end up refunding my order which took another month to process, even though they claimed it would take a "couple of days".

Beware and use more trustworthy sites, do not make the same mistakes as we did.

THEY SCAMMED me on the PAPA Johns 5 Gift Card Deal, $10 Gift Card for Papa Johns Pizza for $5, charged my credit card, contacted got the run around about no card shipped to me, going to bank to issue a fraud charge back, contacting Papa Johns Corporate Office because its bringing bad business/bad business relations to a reputable company, contacting the Better Business Bureau. Complete SCAM WEBSITE stay clear!

DON'T USE SAVOLOGY!!!!! To start I had multiple problems with their website and just trying to log in (It will only let me log in once in a while using the same password each time- so it's not because I forgot my password), once I got in I bought a stainless steel bowl set, it took a little over a month to get to me, once it did get here a few of the bowls were rusty! They should be brand new stainless steel I called and told them I wanted a refund the woman told me there was a no refund policy on that item I asked to speak to her supervisor after waiting for a while she came back on and said that her supervisor had received a note from the company that there may have been a bad batch that went out she said they'd give me a refund and I asked to make sure and she repeated they'd give me a refund, so we'll see I think the thing that is most frustrating is they didn't put a note in the system you have to ask to speak to a supervisor before they'll give you a refund on a faulty product!

On the phone with the redemption center, it would help if the operator spoke english, i've repeated the same information 5 times. I've ordered product that did not require a call to the redemption center and received it right away

I've had no problems with Saveology. Gift card came (and worked) and a small work table I ordered came quickly and I really like it. Looks like I am in the minority, but I'd cautiously recommend.

I purchased a regal cinemas card and had ZERO problems. I was completely happy with this company , so when they offered the Rosetta Stone product with shipping included, I didn't think there would be anything like there was. The product clearly stated it would take 2-4 weeks to receive. Over a month past and I got nothing. It took 3 emails and a threat of reporting them to the FTC as a scam (which I think I still will) to get any response. Then, suddenly they have to contact the shipper and that will take 5-10 business days. So several more weeks past and no response. I contacted them again and didn't get another response until I again threatened some form of legal action. They said they understand but have to wait for the company shipping the product to approve my refund. No people you can talk to. If you call you just get told to contact them via email. RUN from this business who can't cough up almost $200 of missing product or money.

This company is horrible!!!
I had a vendor that didn't honor their deal and they shorted me $16 when they refunded my money to "their" dollars because it had been more than 90 days since I purchased. Of course, the deal still was good for another year.
I asked for a check in the full amount and they said they couldn't issue checks.
I will report them to the FTC as they are out for everyone's money. I will continue to use Groupon as there is never an issue with them.

This company is a complete rip off. I was told that I would be able to get special coupon's that require no buy 1 get 1 free deals so I signed up. I figure for $9.95 that is not too risky. They only sent me deals that i can find everyone on the internet like Restaurant.com. I called immediately for a refund, and they told me we have to review what the conversation said and a manager was not available. They continued to put me off for 30-45 days this way. They never had any intentions of refunding me. I hate to get ripped off even for a little. I will end up taking them to small claims which will cost them about $150.00 bucks, because they must bargain on the fact that no one will go that far. I hate companies like this one. Please stay away from doing business with them.
