I liked the one where they tricked me into giving all their personal information and then no way to remove it unless I completely remove all traces of myself from the internet.

If you use the directions on your computer, set the mode of transportation to walk, the start destination as The Shire and the end destination as Mordor, and you'll get this:

@cowboydann: wow was I high when I typed that? (no) I meant to say:
when they tricked me into giving all THAT personal information.
You guys understood me anyways but wow.

Funny story: I messed up typing this up the second time too.

Type in "do a barrel roll" and hit the search button, and the Google page will rotate.

I'm particularly partial to Google Gravity, which is not exactly a Google thing, but something fun someone did with the Google homepage. Check it out here: http://mrdoob.com/projects/chromeexperiments/google_gravity/. Try clicking on pieces of the page and throwing them around with your mouse/tracking device.

Type in anagram and Google asks if you meant to search for "nag a ram."

Also I swear that typing in "worst band in the world" used to bring up a suggestion to search for Creed, but apparently it doesn't anymore.

"Let it snow" was fun while they had it up but they seem to have taken it down.

@sunnyx0r: Google showed me top references for worst band in the world- Creed, Nickleback, Fall Out Boy, Panic at the Disco, Limp Bizkit, and Good Charlotte. Seems like its working for me :)

I've typed "once in a blue moon" into Google and hit some sort of Easter Egg. I don't get it, but it does something.

@captainsuperdawg: Yes, there are several of these strange things. If you try the walking directions from the US to Japan, look for steps that say Kayak across the Pacific Ocean. Twice, with a stopover in Hawaii. Now that's just silly! I'd just keep kayaking right past Hawaii.

@caron7: once in a blue moon = 1.16699016 × 10-8 hertz

Hertz means "per second", and 1.166x10^-8 times per second is a long time...about the length of time between blue moons
