Does anyone have any experience with vacpartswarehouse?

Looking online at ordering some replacement Bissel parts. This website shows them a little cheaper, but don't know if a couple dollars difference is worth taking a shot vs. just ordering from Bissel. So has anyone ordered from them?

They sent me a different roller brush than what was pictured on their website. It fit into our vacuum but did not have the edge brushes. Since it fit and we were throwing a baby shower the next day I installed it anyway. I emailed them to let them know that I was not pleased that the wrong part was shipped and let them know I had used it and didn't expect a refund or replacement. They wanted to investigate so after weeks of trading emails with them and jumping through hoops to help their "investigation", their conclusion was "it appears the part has been used and we cannot except it as a return." I was willing to give the benefit of a doubt, but after all that, I will never use this place again and I recommend no one else does.

I've ordered a part already for a hoover machine and it showed exactly what i needed but it's been two weeks and the vacparts site doesnt even show I ordered anything. It's starting off badly and I havent even got the part yet. We will see.

I won't use this site again, not worth the few dollars you save.

My replacement part came later than they stated it would and lasted a whole 2 weeks! Stay away!

Yelp shows 3 stars, but they have filtered 31 additional reviews, and most of them look like 5 stars.

ReviewCentre,com has 44 reviews and they are at a 4.8ish rating.

And Google shows 5 stars on their searches.

I bought a really obsucure item from them. It was a gasket kind of thing for my old Kirby machine. They had it to my door in about 5 days, and it is an orignal part. Good priced too. I'll do it again.
