Why is Portal 2 so easy?

I've only been playing for around an hour and I'm on one of the levels of Chapter 6: The Fall (around where you start messing with jumping on the blue gel). So far it hasn't even been challenging. WTF? Is this made for little kiddos? It better get more challenging here soon.

The first portal was the same - v easy early levels to get you used to the mechanics. I imagine it'll get more difficult once all the different items have been demonstrated.

Haha...I searched for "Portal 2" and this popped up in the questions section. Took me .431 seconds to guess who the genius was that posted it.

It was a little easy compared to what I was expecting. This final boss battle seemed easier than the first game. Only 1 puzzle gave me trouble, but I was pretty lit at the time.
I have beaten it twice since. One for an achievement cleanup and another for fun. Haven't been able to do co-op yet, as my friend is dragging his feet in finishing the single player.

The game is on sale this week at Gamestop for $39.99.

Yeah, I thought it was easy too. Until it got super difficult for me. I admit to rage quitting a couple times. But I got through it.

Geez, why so negative?

You have to vote up more before you can vote down.
