If it was from one of the woot properties(not deals.woot) then send an email to support@woot.com with your order number and see if they can help you. If it was from a vendor on this site you will need to contact the vendor directly. Deals.woot doesn't sell anything.

you have to go into your paypal and find the woot auto approval under your paypal, and change your default payment method from checking account to credit card. i did same thing

Finding the spot on PayPal where you can change this information isn't very obvious.

This is the path after you log into PayPal:
Profile > My Money > My preapproved payments > Update > Woot, Inc. > Backup Funding source > Change
