When everyone was out of the house, I made an accurate sized "paper mache" of our cat and fully duct taped it to the kitchen wall.

It still stands there today :)

I put a piece of masking tape over the sensors of everyone's mouse that I could access that day. About 12 or 13 in total, lol!

I would have liked to have had the time and access to hide everyone's desktop icons, then replace their desktop background image with a screenshot of their desktop before the icons were removed.

got both ideas from a website, forget which one...

When son was young (4th grade?), I did the following to his lunch he took to school:

wrapped his containers in plastic wrap. Not so bad that he couldn't get it out but enough to slow him down.

Instead of regular Cheez-its, I filled his container with Gripz crackers. Teeny-tiny crackers. (He loved this one so I would do it periodically for fun.)

Sewed his lunchbox shut. It was a nylon zippered lunch box and I used a very heavy thread -- craft style. I first sewed a zigzag pattern across the top of the container area (with the lid open) and then zipped it shut and did a few stitches there. I left the thread hanging so it was easy for him to figure out and undo.

He was quite the talk of the table that day.

I used to do weird things to his lunch to give him a laugh during the day. He was a quiet fellow but had a great sense of humor. I'd buy multiple 365-day desk calendars and stick that day's pages in his lunch. Comics, word-of-the-day, puzzles, etc.
