The best I've seen is the Otterbox. Otterbox defender cases are the best. I have a defender case on mine and it's great. The newest Otterbox even has a built in screen protector. Here's a link to one I've found here on deals.woot, and it's cheaper than what Otterbox is selling.

I actually really like the Griffin Survivor Case for Ipad 2. I found mine on clearance at my local walmart B&M for 38 dollars. I actually like it better than the otterboxes for Ipad and its cheaper especially if you find it on clearance or sale.

I have the ROOCASE Convertible Leather case and really like it.

The only con I have is that the inside is a felt to protect the screen and the inherited cat is always rubbing on it when I'm using it in bed. I'm forever cleaning cat hair off of it. grumble

I have a dark grey Smartcover (not the leather), and a Belkin back case that snaps on. I love that combo because the Belkin cover keeps the Smartcover on rather than having the magnets give way at times.

Very spendy, but they're always sold out and reviews online are great. I prob would never pay this much, but apparently people do: http://www.saddlebackleather.com/iPad-Case?sc=8&category=1290. I can vouch that Saddleback Leather products are top notch, but much of their stuff is astronomical in price.

I have not seen anything better than the standard iPad magnetic cover. It works so well and is versatile. Also easily comes off but sticks well enough not to be problematic. To me, it is a major selling point of the iPad. Couple it with a thin rubber cover for the back and you are good to go.

I have the leather Apple SmartCover. It's ridiculously expensive, but my work expensed it. It does work very well and looks/functions great.

Thanks for all the answers so far! I really appreciate them all.

I am still trying to make up my mind but leaning towards the smartcover/Belkin, smartcover/thin rubber cover, or ROOCASE.
