How do you squeeze in quality Woot time this time of year as beautiful weather approaches?
The sun is out... It's temperate outside... And nature is calling out to you to get out there and enjoy it during your free moments. How are you setting aside some time for your Woot habit?
When it's raining, while eating, after I come inside for the day, while taking a break from yardwork, and when I'm otherwise bored.
I live in Texas which means that the nice weather is almost behind us. When it's 100+ outside I'd rather be inside hanging out with Woot rather than outside trying to keep from melting.
I spend the majority of my wooting time when I get up and before I go to bed
I'm stuck at a desk all day at work, so that's the main time. Then like @eeekdageek, when I am home I also spend the largest amount of time wooting when I get up and then before I go to bed. If I'm around the house I will check in off and on during the day if I have a chance.
@gt0163c: I was coming here to say the exact same thing. Our nice weather is gone...and it's just now June. Why do we live here again?
One word: Work.
I do some wooting and driving. Whenever I'm stopped at a red light I check my phone for e-mails, woot deals (I use an app called WootWatch), and deals.woot deals by browser. Also, I stay up really late and am usually home on my pc after midnight, during which i play steam games, browse youtube, post on woot, etc
Move to Seattle - it's still overcast and rainy and the forecast is the same -

perfect for wooting and working on a golf course with no pesky golfers trying to hit me with their golf balls.
Easy - Woot out weighs weather any day.
Besides, got a laptop.
Last year I had surgery around this time, so I was forced to stay inside and not move around much, so Woot was where most of my time was spent. Fast forward to now, and I feel like I am never here because I'm outside so much. Its a bummer!
been uber busy with post graduate school and haven't had any time to be online, regardless of weather. i do get a slight reprieve for a couple weeks so i'll be able to check in the morning every day (at least i hope to) before doing the honey-do list. once it's past morning and coffee time though, i'll check before bed time too. that's unless the weather is bad or video games suck me into the deep and empty void, then i'll be online all day, checking the woot deals!
Come here when it is 102 F and ask me how I stay inside all day.
@quailman: I live in Texas because my job is here....something I have to remind myself of anytime I go anywhere prettier and/or with better weather (mostly Colorado. I love Colorado. Especially in the summer.). Cheap cost of living doesn't hurt either.
@woadwarrior: That sums me up as well. Thanks for the easy out!
I live in a gorgeous part of Florida and pretty much it is nice all of the time. High heat does not bother me, especially when there is a breeze off the water. Because when I am wooting I don't feel as though I am missing anything wonderful in the weather department (as I would have in New England with the precious fee really nice days), any day is a wooting day without regret!!
