Thank you for your time and for your patience. Should there be a delay with your Dentek order, here is why: Your order was shipped and will be arriving to you within the next 3-5 business days. The reason for the delay is that your order was returned to us due to the Post Office's address verification system not verifying your address. Although your address is correct, It might not make it through the sorting facility due to this verification issue. There were multiple orders that came back in this fashion so please do not feel singled out. The good thing is that your order has been reshipped so please enjoy it when it arrives and if you need anything from us, please let me know and I will be glad to help.

@dillyeo: So my order is also delayed/refused due to a post office mix up?? Pretty hard to believe. Why have I never received a ship notification or a reply to my email?

My order confirmation states:

Once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order.

This email never appeared so it's pretty clear your answer about all these packages being misdirected is not completely honest. Also, the order still says "Processing" meaning you never tagged as shipped.

@ohcheri: I thought the same thing. I says processing on the site. Not shipped. Also on check out it said next day shipping, now it's going to be 3 to 4 days? On shipping method on my invoice it even says "Product Rate - Next Day Shipping"

I'm cool as long as I give the stuff.

I've never seen a site still have people's orders as "processing" after they've shipped the stuff and had the stuff returned to them and shipped out again. Usually marked as shipped as it's been shipped once, and now you are telling me twice.

The site still has this information:

100031405 6/1/11 name here $11.98 Processing

as of 4:03PM CST.

@nwmsujchaney: My first purchase from @dillyeo and my last. I understand if they can't ship it on time but I do not understand why a merchant has to play coy and blame it on the post office. If the story were true there would be tracking numbers.

Never bought anything from deepdiscount huh?

I am NOT defending anyone, I'm just saying that some websites purchasing and tracking is not up to par. I compare everyone's to Amazon, because in my opinion they are the bar for online purchasing.

Me too - I am also waiting for this Order from 6/1.

I popped in here to look for comments since I've received no reply to either their website contact form or emails sent to 2 different customer support addresses.

Although I did see an order number after payment went through (I saved it), I never received a confirmation email, no shipping info and there's no sign of it under My Account on their site.

This is my second order with this company. I placed my 1st last Fall and it never arrived - at least someone responded to my emails then, though. Still no product, but I did get a refund - which made me think I could give them a second chance. I'm sorry I did.

In searching around here, I see lots of others have had similar experiences. I sure hope they can get their act together.

@dillyeo @jumbowoot This was a sponsored deal and the sponsor is making little attempt to respond to this issue. I have emailed 3 times with no reply. The deal was supposed to ship next day air on June 1, it's now June 10 and no updates. Can someone please poke customer service to address this?

I'm waiting on an order from Dillyeo.com from May 4th.

They have a pair of headphones I'd really like but no way I'm going to order it now that they don't reply to my email on that order.

All I can say is stay away from dillyeo.com. They may not be reliable based on what I've read. Not worth the risk.

Just checked again on the usps site and it says

There is no record of this item.

Maybe that account will get some resolution.

@nwmsujchaney: Funny, I just got the same email. I plan to contact the dept. of consumer affairs and report them for false advertising since we were promised next day shipping.

@nwmsujchaney: Mine is 9102969007164669552423...it is strangely close. I use USPS for all of my shipping and I can't recall ever seeing two tracking numbers this close together. It's not atypical to get the message you mentioned if they just created the label today, but by tomorrow it should show activity.

I also ordered the same product(Dentekteethwhitening) and my order is also still 'processing'. Ill wait till thue end of the week and ill be disputing the charges with my credit card. that gives them TWO weeks to 'process' and plenty of time to next day ship

ps. this is also my first and LAST business i will do with dillyeo

I ordered a fan from Dillyeo, was a cheap one, like $8 or something plus shipping, a couple of years ago. I'm still waiting for it, or my money back. Thanks!

@ohcheri: I got my email last week after I started this post, got the message on the 8th with those tracking numbers. So 6 days ago!

Funny enough it's now working...

So 6 days after I get the tracking code the USPS is showing:

Which means that the package hasn't been gave to them either yet. Just the postage has been paid for online.

I'll keep updating this.
