Consistently:
An antioxidant complex, every morning.
Whey protein after every workout, daily more or less.

Inconsistently:
Camel Snus pouches (not sure if nocotine counts hahaha)

I try to limit my supplements, and get as much as I can out of real fruits and vegetables. The only reason I take the antioxidant complex is because it has things that I don't normally eat. Like Pine Bark extract, for example.

Ay random intervals I take:
E for my nails and hair
Glucosamine in the form of Joint Juice
Potassium when I am having muscle cramps
C during cold and flu season
Acidopholous and Digestive Enzymes when I am dieting
Calcium because my doctor told me to
St. John's Wort when I want off the emotional roller coaster
And a daily multivitamin at random

But I really am not at all consistent. However, I really like fruits and vegetables and eat quite a lot of them so I have a reasonably good natural vitamin intake.

Vitamin D. I work in a basement all day with no windows at work. I don't get any sun, so I have to take my Vitamin D by pill.

opti-men vitamin + digestive enzyme in the morning
creapure creatine pre-workout (blended w/ banana)
muscle milk post-workout
ON casein before bed.

kinda redundant to take muscle milk + casein on the side, since muscle milk is really a blend of whey+casein but i noticed that if i take a scoop of casein before bed, i don't wake up hungry. and although it's not really a supplement, i usually eat 2-3 oranges a day, just cuz i like them.

"the most important thing to take is a multiple vitamin, that and fishoil. after that is vitamin C in addition. unless you eat fish on a regular basis." - Mama Wootfast (NPS 20+ years)

Multivitamin, fish oil, and vitamin D.

None. Supplements are a sham.

Because I still think I'm a kid, I take two multivitamin gummies.

The usual. Multivitamins and Vitamin E. I also never fail to take my daily dose of 1000mg Vitamin C. I get sick quite easily, that's why. :( Thinking of taking D3 as I've seen some good info about that. Any feedback?
