I believe it's ice cream weather all year round. It's also hot chocolate weather all year year round.

Especially when it has hot fudge or butterscotch sauce!! And if it has peanut butter chips. I must be very hungry right now!!

Absolutely. When I lived in Russia for work one time, I'd have ice cream in sub zero temperatures, which is pretty common to see.

If you're already cold, might as well be happy and cold.

Yep. I also drink coffee when it's 95 degrees outside.

Got a container of chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream in the freezer right now.

Seven friends and I all trade samples of our homemade ice cream year round.

Certainly. Actually, I prefer it in the winter, since the kids don't end up covered from head to toe because the ice cream is melting all over the place. I don't like melted ice cream -- neither in my bowl, nor on my children.

I don't trust people that DON'T eat ice cream in the winter.

There is only one ice cream place open year round in my area (Brusters). I just never think to go there. But store bought ice cream, yes. Right now I am on a mission to find a new Ben and Jerry's flavor, Chocolate Therapy.

Well, yeah. But I'm in SoCal. Where the high so far this year was January 4, 88.2°.

Winter time is the best time to eat ice cream. If you eat it outside you don't have to worry about getting dribbles on your mittens!

Why would a person not eat ice cream year round?
I grew up in Michigan and while there were a few ice cream places that were only open in the summer, we still ate ice cream regardless of the outside temperature. My dad's family is mostly dairy farmers so we joked that it was good for the family business.

I eat it year round all of the ice cream places around where I live are open all year except for a family owned shop.
