"Yikes, There's Been A Server Error" Am I doing something wrong here?
I have tried several times today to post a deal and I keep getting "Yikes there's been a server error". I am wondering if I am doing something wrong as there are plenty of fresh deals being posted. The deal is from Tracfone, is it a banned site or something?

Nope, just another day at Woot!
Just happens once in awhile.
I think the servers get constipated...
Thanks!
Sometimes I've found that copying and pasting the deal into the "add a deal" box will take care if that problem. Otherwise, just keep trying. :)
@okham: That's the way I always do it and still have the problem on occasion.
@moondrake: Were able to get it to work yet? If not, post the URL here or send it to me as a PM on the retail side if you prefer.
I'll see what I figure out.
@mtm2: I found it happening with the "woot this deal" link for some sites, but haven't had it with the box. Jus tone of those things to keep us on our toes. :)
@thunderthighs: Nope, still not working. I even made it a "tinyurl" to see if if as something about the web address it didn't like but it wouldn't post that either, same "server error" message.
Here's my link:

I don't even know if it's all that great a deal, I am not a phone person (hence getting my service through tracfone). It's an LG800 smart phone for $39.99 and free overnight shipping with lifetime triple tracfone minutes. I googled for reviews and people seemed to think it was a good phone at a higher price and only double minutes last year, so it seemed like this is a pretty good deal.
Okay, when I click on the link above I get a Woot server error. When I copy and paste it into my browser it works fine. I don't know what that means but it seems relevant.
@moondrake: When I paste it into a browser, I get "Session Expired." Were you logged in to your Tracfone account to get this link? That could be the problem as my computer doesn't have the necessary cookie(s) for the page to be displayed.
Try logging out of your Tracfone account and use that URL for the deal.
Thanks so much for your patience and help. I had an epiphany this morning and figured out what the problem was. You have to enter your zip code to see what phones are available in your area, and the page I was trying to link to was past that gateway. I put up the deal with the gateway page as the link and an explanation of what to do. Hopefully that will work for people.
And now the deal is gone. It was there last time I checked. I guess it got removed for some reason. I wish we'd be told why when a deal is taken down so we don't waste time and effort posting something that isn't allowed without knowing it.
