Any netflix series suggestions?
I've watched every EP of anything I could think of, any suggestions for a new series for me to watch?
I'm looking for a tv series with many ep's, something that doesn't require a lot of attention since I'll be "working" while I watch.

farscape!
Sons of Anarchy, Breaking Bad, Terriers, 30 Rock, Parks and Recreation, Raising Hope
I can do this all day
You don't mention what you have watched or what genres you like.
Last night, Netflix was suggesting Eureka, Sliders, Torchwood, Farscape, and something else. (I've watched all of these already.) Doctor Who is excellent. (Yes, I watch a good bit of Sci Fi.)
Older series are also good. I don't know that they're on Netflix (I just started using it a few days ago) but what about things like Bonanza and Gunsmoke?
Mindless entertainment and tons of episodes? Family Guy.
@erinaine: Ill have to give farscape a shot, I've not heard of it before. Thank you.
@wickedd365: I've seen SOA, 30 Rock and Breaking Bad, I liked all three of those I'll add the other 2 to my queue and give em a shot, thanks!
Phineas and Ferb
@baqui63: I did't want to limit the replies to a specific "type" so I left out what I had seen already and what I liked or disliked, though i do see your point of it being tough to suggest something i'd like. I have given a couple shows a shot that everyone seems to love and I didn't like them.
I discovered The League on Netflix a few weeks ago and it's the funniest show I've seen in ages. It may be NSFW due to language and risque content though, depending on where you work.
@wingnutzero: I wear headphones, sometimes i get strange looks when I laugh out of nowhere. I'll give that one a shot too, thanks.
Dr. Who
Since you liked 30 Rock-
Party Down
Parks and Rec.
Spaced
The Office
Archer
The League
I've been watching a lot of the Wonder Years lately, love that show.
Better Off Ted.
Buffy the Vampire Slayer
Newsradio
Wings
Top Gear (UK version)
Psych
White Collar
Doctor Who
Being Human
Breaking Bad
30 rock
Psych
Walking Dead
The League
Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia
Buffy the Vampire Slayer
Fullmetal Alchemist
Scrubs
Friends
Science Fiction: Doctor Who, Firefly, Battlestar Galactica
Comedy: How I Met Your Mother, 3rd Rock From the Sun, The Office
Cartoons: Jackie Chan Adventures, The Last Airbender, X-Men
The League.
Trailer Park Boys
Deadwood
Sons of Anarchy
The Walking Dead
Justified
Grey's Anatomy
Lost
Sherlock, Merlin, Jekyll, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Firefly, Angel, The Office (UK first), Tucker & Dale vs. Evil (movie)
I'll second Better Off Ted- great show even though it lasted only 2 seasons. The UK version of Top Gear is also probably my favorite show of all time (you don't even have to like cars to appreciate it). And I just started watching How I Met Your Mother, which has been pretty funny so far (I'm on season 3).
Others that have already been mentioned: Parks and Rec (first season isn't that great but it gets a lot better after that), the Office, and 30 Rock.
Battlestar Galactica
Doctor Who
The Walking Dead
The Office
Parks and Rec
Sports Night
Mad Men
I will second the following:
Raising Hope
Better off Ted
Lost
Psych
Top Gear (don't even consider watching the US version, it's rubbish)
Scrubs
Sports Night
The Office
FWIW, thanks for asking this, I really like this thread.
Trailer Park Boys.............
Oldies: Dick Van Dyke Show, Cheers
British: The IT Crowd, Sherlock, Top Gear, Skins
Dang it, how could I forget HIMYM
Burn Notice
foyle's War (great WWII detective series)
The League is hilarious.
@bradshreff: Friends isn't on Netflix (although that would be nice).
Sons of Anarchy, Breaking Bad are two I enjoyed.
Psych
Bones
Monk
Dr Who
Firefly
The IT Crowd
South Park
Phineas and Ferb
How I Met Your Mother
Family Guy
I'm rewatching Family Ties and finding it just as enjoyable as when it was new. It is perfect for watching while you do other things - you don't have to pay close attention to enjoy it.
If you don't mind something educational I would suggest How It's Made, lots of episodes. Most of what I wanted to suggest was already said by other Woot members.
@jeus: let me know what you think. FWIW, I'm a big Next Gen fan, like Enterprise, and of course Firefly. I think Farscape takes a little getting into, but the payoff is wonderful (and a friend who also loves the 3 I just named likes it too). I also found Dead Like Me a nice surprise on Netflix, but there aren't a lot of episodes.
Arrested Development. Then when you're through, watch it all again from beginning to end and marvel at how many jokes were set up several episodes or even seasons ahead.
After that, Better Off Ted, because, well, Portia Di Rossi. so what if her heart belongs to Ellen. I'm only watching anyway...
@tossthedice: Can't agree with your suggestions more :)
I am on the last season on Battlestar Galactica and I would recommend it for everybody. And Firefly is also a must!
For the comedy, I love How I Met Your Mother, but have lost interest in The Office. I have never seen 3rd Rock. But I would also suggest checking out Wilfred, Always Sunny in Philadelphia, and New Girl.
For cartoons, I would add Archer to that list... not really into many cartoon shows. I will always miss the days of Bugs Bunny and the Loony Toons gang.
I don't have a Netflix, so I am not sure if some of the shows I listed are actually on the site... But either way, they are really good shows to check out.
I just discovered Sherlock. Only a few episodes, but they are hour and a half installments. Excellent show.
Yes, I'll be watching episode two starting in a few minutes. New episodes are coming out soon.
Reaper. Awesome show that got killed because of low numbers.
@wickedd365: Started out great, but quickly got pretty bad.
@simmp5: I like How It's Made, but it always ends up putting me to sleep after a couple of episodes.
@secretagentman02: oh no not me. I could watch that show for hours on end. It's a great show, especially at 3 in the morning when there is nothing else on.
Shameless. It's a british show that is just a total clusterf*ck of a dysfunctional family, but incredibly so. The dad is always drunk, there's no mom, one of the boyfriends is a car thief... and then the show gets interesting.
As a totally sweet bonus you get to work on your drunken british accent.
a friend recently got me onto a British show called "black books", also watching portlandia.
LOVED the IT crowd.
have all the 'trek series in my instant queue to relive my childhood/teen years.
