Vanilla! Very, very strong vanilla! Preferably using Mexican vanilla beans.
Then you could use it in baking and it would probably be cheaper than buying real vanilla extract.

Rum flavored vodka.

The flavor of rum without the nasty rum hangover.

Make it so.

@wingnutzero: Interesting. Rum is my "go to" hard liquor because I never get hangovers from it, even when consumed in excess.

Whisky and Vodka on the other hand...

@gt0163c: I make that myself but I use madagascar beans. It's definitely better than store bought vanilla extract. But the cost varies due to the fluctuating price of beans.

@zuiquan: With tequila, water, or something else?
@wingnutzero: funny if a drink recipe calls for vodka or rum I use both mixed, I think it as a better flavor. Hint keep a vodka rum mix in the freezer for less icecube melt, or a colder drink.
To answer the OP coffee, but I really did not like Absolute the first time I tried it.

@caffeine_dude: I usually use Absolut. Sometimes I do bourbon if I want to mix it up. That can get a little pricey though. I do a lot of baking so it's worth it for me to make my own.

Banana would be hard to beat.

For my tastes, vodka should not be flavored. Straight shot.

I was going to be snarky and say "vodka flavored," but my real answer is pineapple.
