When will Target have free site-to-store shipping or in store pick up?

Best Buy and Wal-Mart have done it but I prefer to shop at Target.

Target.com has some pretty good offers but the shipping kills it and I really don't want to hunt down fillers to bring my total up to $50 especially when the item I want to purchase is less than $10. I would shop their on-line store more often if they would even lower the free shipping bar down to $25.

Does anyone have any insider info or reasons why they have not initiated one of these programs?

Target needs to get their website to work right first. Yeah, I know it is the "new and improved" site. But it's still messed up.

@katblue: I totally agree. I run into error pages all the time with the new site.

And, yes, I would like some better delivery options from Target.

yeah they should but obviously they're not giving in like i wish they would. they also sell on amazon and i think you can sign in with your amazon login to buy online. maybe if they offered free ship to amazon Prime members, that would help

i take advantage of "ship to store" or "in store pickup" when i can, especially when i can pay online to get a sale price or have a guaranteed item when inventory is low
