I have the Thrive and it's a nice tablet; even better now since it was just upgraded (via Toshiba's site) to Ice Cream Sandwich (ver. 4.04). Works even faster after the upgrade!

I also cannot believe the prices on electronic readers, which keep going down and doing more as well. It's amazing!

If I am forced to choose between the 3 options I would choose the Transformer. If I was buying one I would wait until November or so. I bet there will be some awesome deals available.

I have yet to be disappointed by my Xoom. Was updated to ICS early in the year and is now at Jelly Bean. For the price, it's far far better than anything Steve Jobs has "created"!

I'd probably go with the google nexus tablet which is still cheaper than all three of those, unless you are really set on a 10 inch tablet.

@portezbie: That is a bit misleading. I ordered the Nexus7 and the total with tax and shipping was more that this for the 16GB version. (285.00). I love the tablet, but it is not a fair comparison to these. All have at least 16GB standard, expandable storage, HDMI out, etc. There is actually A LOT more than just screen size to consider.
