I do that in the car, simply because I can. Song comes up, "nah, not feeling that track right now", skip. Repeat as necessary. That's not ADD. It's having thousands of songs, potentially every single song you've ever liked in your entire life, at your disposal and having the luxury of being picky. Progress, thy name is iPod.

Totally. I don't often skip a song once it's started though. Only time that really happens is if I start my car and the song was in the middle the last time I was driving and I'm just no longer in the mood for it. But if I have shuffle going, I probably spend about half as much time scrolling as I do listening.

I should really make some playlists.

I have a tendency to skip back to the start of Doctorin' The Tardis when I'm at a stoplight, does that count? I have to roll down the windows and blast it out from the beginning so all the other cars know how cool I am.

My husband says I have satellite radio ADD. If he is driving when we're on a trip, I'm flipping through the channels like a rat on crack.

I read your question title and immediately thought "I wonder if he means..." exactly what you described in the body of the question. I absolutely do that! I find once I start skipping for a new song, I get extra picky and then I can rarely satisfy whatever my musical craving is at the time. If I'm listening to whatever randomly comes up and just stick with it, I'm OK. Especially when I'm running - and usually the shuffle function hates me at that moment. I'll try and skip to a more upbeat song to get me going, and I get stuck in a loop of slow ones.

I'm not like that. The only musical device that I listen to is a car stereo or my PC. @lavikinga: I only listen to two channels on our XM radio: Blue Collar Comedy or Hair Nation. :)
