Did you hear Diamond pet food has another recall?

Diamond Pet Foods today announced that it is expanding a voluntary recall to include batches of nine brands of dry pet food formulas manufactured between December 9, 2011 and April 7, 2012 due to potential Salmonella contamination.

Brands included in the recall include:

Country Value
Diamond
Diamond Naturals
Premium Edge
Professional
4Health
Taste of the Wild

Yikes, I feed TOTW Pacific Stream, and I was worried because my dog barfed up the first few meals out of the bag I recently opened, although he seems to be doing okay now that we are halfway into it. But to further complicate matters I bought it online so I am unsure of the state of origin. I will have to see if the bag is still in the trash can and check the site.

Thank you for posting this, as we buy the Kirkland brand food for our dogs.

The recall didn't mention the state I live in, but I went and checked anyway.
