Uh, so I'm uncertain if this question is supposed to be a joke, but just in case:
Check your receipts under "My account" under the relevant site to the see whether your order has shipped. If it has, there's probably tracking info there that will tell you where it is. If not, then, well, it hasn't shipped yet. If you think there's been some issue where you've been charged, but you haven't received your item that has been labeled as delivered, an email to service@woot.com with relevant details will probably do the trick.
If this was supposed to be facetious, well, you got me?
@liberati: It is unlikely that the question is a joke - in fact this is one of the most frequently asked questions over here in Ask the Community. Note the white triangle of the OP - a zero reputation score indicates a lack of understanding as to the fact that deals.woot is a deals aggregation site and doesn't actually sell anything.
An excellent answer, by the way, presuming the purchase was from a Woot! site. If the item was purchased from another vendor's website then you'll have to go to that company's website and ask them where your order is.
We need to have a default answer pop up when users type:
"Where's my order?"
"Why haven't I received...?"
"Why is my order count wrong?"
"What happened to my black triangle?"
...plus the many, many, others.
Then have the system ask, "Are you sure you still want to ask this question? (If you care about reputation, I suggest not)"
Hamburger, fries , and medium coke. Sorry it took so long. The chef dropped your burger on the floor and I had to clean it off. Will that be all?
It must have taken a wrong turn at Cucamonga.
@liberati: Could be, the OP apparently only joined woot today.
In which case...it's not quite physically possible to deliver something in a few minutes juuust yet. Only Futurama has that technology.
EDIT: realize now this might be asking about a tracking number or something. In which case, check your email for an order confirmation. Within 12 hours to a day the order should ship, and you'll get another email. That email will have tracking info as provided by Fedex or UPS or whoever is handling the shipping. That's beyond Woot's control, obviously, but will typically provide you up to date info on how far it is.
Sometimes, they (Fedex/UPS/USPS) do forget to scan it though, and your tracking gets stuck in limbo.
@durkzilla, @thedogma: Ha, I did notice the white triangle. My reasoning was more that the lack of information made this question seem hopelessly unanswerable even if we actually did provide customer support.
@jsoko: I'd like that. Woot's definitely not opposed to having a sense of humor with this sort of thing. It could go a step beyond the "does this answer your question?" (which i doubt most people read anywhere) it could be along the lines of "This question has been asked 478 times. you can't post another."
Or "Over 9000" times, if that becomes relevant again.
Drive around back. Look for the white van. Ask for Tony.
Or these are the typical spammy questions that pop up via fake accounts all the time.
