Android users, can you leave a review on the app store without joining google plus?
so yesterday, one of my apps updated, and suddenly started having problems. I went to the "review" section and tried to leave a comment saying it stopped working for my phone, and i was prompted to join google plus. it said something about "being able to better share your feedback blah blah blah". i have a facebook account that i hate and dont use and i have no intention of joining any other social network. when i hit "cancel" it took me back to the main page, but would not let me leave a review until i joined google plus. whats up with that? is there a way around this? not that leaving a review is really that big of a deal, i just hate being forced to do something i dont want to do for no reason. i remember i time when google use to be cool...
You used to be able to without a g+ account, but I remember reading something about it in the last few months. Something like this:

I never have time to leave reviews...I have a g+ account for IM and hangout (video chat) features with friends. I don't maintain my g+ presence for Facebook-like interactions. I automatically upload pictures I take on my phone to g+ for backup, but I don't share them with any "circles".
There is not a way around it. There also isn't a way to leave reviews on Google Maps. I'm very disappointed.
You don't actually need to do any interaction at G+. None. At all. It's like having an email account you never use until you need it. It just sits there and does absolutely nothing.
