Why was my Meritline deal removed?

Sorry to add to the huge list of “why was my deal removed” posts, but I’m dumbfounded as to why the deal I posted this morning was removed. It was a Meritline deal, is still valid, and there is no duplicate that I can find.

I posted a link to this item. Anyone know why it might have been removed? I want to make sure I know what I did wrong so I can avoid doing it again in the future.

It would be nice if you got some kind of quick note as to why a deal was removed.

@hossdawg97: I agree! I had another deal disappear I posted a couple days ago and I'm still not really sure why (it was a Riteaid deal so I thought maybe it was Riteaid that didn't want it posted).

Geez, why so negative?

You have to vote up more before you can vote down.

Don't get us wrong. Negativity has its place. And downvotes are just as essential as upvotes when it comes to making Deals.Woot a useful place to find deals.

But when your votes lean so heavily toward the dark side, we have to wonder. Go vote up a few things. Accentuate the positive for a little while. It'll do you some good, and it'll do the site some good, too. Then you can get back to dealing out the smackdowns, OK?
