Is anyone else having trouble with sending emails to service.woot?
Service.woot is usually great at responding and such, but it seems like there are some kind of email issues going on. I still have a few outstanding issues, but I can't have a proper conversation with service.woot to begin with. I've sent emails to them from three different email addresses across two different carriers, and have not seen any response on them in several days. I was able to talk to the kind person who is behind the facebook page, but he/she was unable to find those emails, nor continue them, since they were service.woot's realm. Initially I thought the worst, and I was being blacklisted on the issue, but I could just as easily be a paranoid schizophrenic. twitch
Word on the street is that the new address is now support@woot.com.

This is the place for questions to be answered. Sounds like support@woot.com is your better choice.
