and it's still....what?

I recently made my first order from @nomorerack on Feb 3rd (http://deals.woot.com/deals/details/d4855c0f-5784-47a0-98a5-cdc6ce15b402/modern-art-oil-warmer#9) I received the item, as described yesterday. As a first order with a company I know nothing about, i was quite pleased.

Have you tried contacting them with your concern? Not sure if it'll get you anywhere, but here's the information from their contact page:

Their customer service number is 1-800-538-9798. I called them today about some orders I have too. Basically it seems as though they use a fulfillment house in Arizona. They are putting stuff up for sale that I don't think they actually have in stock yet. So, that maybe a bit deceptive. Either way, I will give them a few more weeks. If I get nothing by then I will do chargebacks with my credit card. They also joined buysafe. I did contact buysafe and they responded saying the company is legit. So, we shall see.

Well, lo and behold the item arrived Friday without ever getting a response from their fulfillment center. They have good deals but their customer service and communications need some serious upgrading before I'll order from them again. Beware!

Thousands of bad comments found on the net about this company, no 1 being that you have to sign up to see there deals, as you are signing up you must use a credit card and if you dont read all fine print you will find you just spent $99 on buying 'bids' that is 100% non refundable. there service includes sending out empty box's, broken/incorrect items, all-ways taking way too long to send items, or never sending them at all. A few lucky folk seem to actually 'win' a decent item, and have it sent out in only 3-4 weeks.Both paypal (who I contacted re this site, and said they will be checking on there affiliation) and Authorise.net (who say they back the site 100% and folk can go right to them for a refund and that obviously they are not in the business of losing money, so would not be affiliated with any company who were getting a lot of refund demands..so, I leave it to you to decide and hope I have covered the subject properly for you, I how ever, think it safer to play lotto

I contacted this company yesterday about an order I have been waiting for since 10/24/2011 was the shipped date. And I was told it would be another 10 to 12 days because it had accidentlly been sent to Canada. They were sorry for my inconvenience. However, they have great buys but if you are ordering for Christmas it will never get here. I think they have alot of kinks to workout before people use them. I hope they work it out before no one uses them. If anyone has any ideas for me to make sure I get my stuff I would love a reply.

I visited this site for the first time today and signed up. No where did I see that you had to buy bids, nor was I asked for a credit or debit card number. Had they asked I would have immediately stopped. I joined one of those sites that you bid on and was charged on my credit card. When called and complained they refunded. I looked all over this site to see if you have to bid and couldnt find anything about it. I think I will wait and see what the person that invited me has to say before i make any purchases.

I laugh at the "we strive to answer all e-mails within 24 hours". I'm still waiting for a helpful e-mail from them for 3 weeks!!! They not only didn't help me...they simply didn't even read my e-mail!!! They shouldn't lie to their customers about responding back within 24 hours and they shouldn't say that they value their customers. Can anybody guess how dissatisfied I am? Since I probably won't even receive my product, I am going around and spread this message. Decide whether to buy from them is your choice, but don't expect any service/help from them...so beware.

I am experiencing problems with these folks also. I placed an order 16 days ago and it says "still processing." What a bootleg company. I will not recommend them to any of my friends of family if this is the way they operate!!!

I also placed an order in November and was told that it shipped, I emailed "Nomorerack" 3 times and I have yet gotten a response from them telling me how my iteams were shipped and when they were shipped, I will never ever use this company again, I will contact my bank and the BBB.

My order was Approved‏ on Nov 20 and shipped Dec 3 Money was taken out of my account Nov 20.
When I got the email saying it was shipped and I could track it at.......
that right is stopped right there, not know where to track it I checked with FEDX UPS and USPS and nothing, I emailed them and nothing, I really thought this was a cool program but dam maybe Im wrong, there is not even a phone number to call evernthough they say call any time. I have am good at tell telling people about things I like but this is one program where the only word I am passing is dont do it , I just want what I ordered or.my money back as fast as they took it out. These guys are full of it, beware. After I signed up and logged in I noticed that it said I had a $10 credit. I ordered something for $13 expecting the credit to be applied. Not only was it not applied but when I cancelled my order they wouldn't refund my money only give me a credit. Now when I try to use my money it says I have to spend at least $30 to use it! I've gone back and forth over the last several weeks with this issue and they are slow to respond and can not seem to resolve or even understand the issue. Their website clearly states that for cancelled orders they will issue a credit but it also states that the credit won't be subject to a minium purchase. I will never use this company again; poor business practice and poor customer service.

I just started using no more rack in November. Bought quite a bit of stuff. Everyday I have a package or 2. For the most part I am quite happy with the products. I did buy whay that had lasbeled on the site as electric toothbrusehes, but when i got them they were battery operated. I'm still waiting for a few more items.But overall I'm happy. Very disappointed with the penny site Deal fun. stuff arrived broken. most of the stuff is junk. Wasn't happy with anything I recevied from them

@shaniharris: I have an update from No More Rack. I still have one last item I ordered on November 28th that is still processing and has not been shipped.

Thankfully, I just received a missing package on December 20th that I was trying to locate. NoMoreRack sent me the wrong tracking number for my order after I receive a confirmation. I called into Fed Ex and they weren't aware of the package which I was told was sent via Fed Ex on Dec. 11th. I got the package via the Postal service. I received 2 replies from NoMoreRack reps but they never sent me the correct tracking number. I tried to call the No More Rack customer service line today and got a message that the offices were closed after being on hold for 10 minutes. I have also had a hard time updating my open tickets when I try to login to the help section of the website. I've got some great deals on the site. I'm hesitant to buy anything else because of the recent shipping problems.

I am quite dissatisfied with nomorerack, I have placed a number of orders since November, I was notified that all have been shipped, given a tracking number on some orders similar to this one "A0E1E00000150914" but was not advised where to track this number. I emailed them to ask where I can track this, to date, NO RESPONSE. Guessing with only a couple of mail days left, these items won't be under any tree.

Well I made my first order on no more rack for a android 7 inch tablet 2.3.I paid using pay pal and I was given a redemption code and a address link to be redirected to another site. I went through the check out process at that site and used the redemption code.It seemed to go through and said it will be shipped and received in a week via ups. Here's HOPING.

I have ordered from NMR in the past and have been satisfied. before Christmas I placed an order with them and its 1/4/12 still nothing.I have emailed customer care three times(they claim to have great customer service 24/7 which isn't the case. This being the first time I placed a order needing customer service. very sad....I requested they refund my account for the $50.00.since they couldn't fulfill the order in ample time...Christmas was over a week ago. I had the same problem with an ipad I ordered from there, they mailed it to someone else and then didn't want to refund the money. I had my bank file a fraud claim and suprisingly enough suddenly they have a phone number! 1-800-538-9798 is their main office customer service line, I spoke with the company president supposedly, but considering he sounded 12 I doubt it. 7-10 business day's I'll have my money back. Hope this helps others!

for thirty five dollars.amazon.com had the same lamp fore five dollars more
and i would of had it in five or six days with processing i ordered it

As soon as I signed up on nomorerack site I have been bombarded by junk emails... I find it very disconcerting that email addresses are shared or sold from this site- precisely for this reason I have unsubscribed and blocked all emails as spam. This is no way to run a business, customers DO NOT WANT their email addresses given out to other parties... this company will eventually figure this out but it will probably be too late. People, run from this site!

I tried to place an order yesterday; I live in a small community & there is NO mail delivery; all done thru poboxes. Over & over I entered the order & then, someone w/very strange English came on to finally tell me that they could not ship to a pobox. My shipping address was totally different than my billing address. Trying to explain this was impossible; the standard answer "we do not ship to poboxes"; I gave up after explaining several times that the billing address was a pobox; ALL my mail goes to it; but the shipping address was a street address. I contacted this company numerous times because someone had ordered stuff using my information. I was told by several reps that a refund will be issued. It has been almost 2 months and nothing. If this is an attempt to stall, you are wrong. If I do not see my account refunded by Friday November 2, 2012 I will call my Credit Card Company and they will do a chargeback. Some people are discussing "bidding?" Perhaps they've changed the site since they started. Now it looks like its just discounted merchandise. But there are still several RED FLAGS that bother me about the site. First, you have to register your email and address just to look at what they are selling. 2nd, once you do register, there is no way to unregister. I started getting mombarded with emails from the company -- as many as 10 or more a day. Here's another interesting red flag: My credit card company doesn't recognize them as legit and they refused to process even a minor (under $20) puchase I tried to make. Some items appear to be somewhat good deals, but not the 95% savings that the site claims. As an example, I picked several random items, a Cuisinart coffee grinder, a portable heater, and a set of silverware. All three items came up as being only a few dollars cheaper than what was posted on Amazon.

I have been trying to get a refund from nomorerack for fraudulently advertised merchandise. I have contacted their 800 number. THey referred me to their email address. I emailed them. They told me no refunds. I would only get "store credit."

I then posted a negative comment on their Facebook page. Not only did they remove my negative posting, they also blocked me from their FB page. I received comments on my FB page from others who said that their negative posts were also deleted and that they were also blocked.

Next will be to pursue them with the BBB and perhaps criminal charges. I cannot believe that they are getting away with this sort of fradulent practice.

Here's the deal: Nomoreack advertises up front that your item will take 3-4 weeks to get to you. But you don't believe it. You think it will probably be delivered sooner and with an email notice, with tracking number when it was sent (like Amazon does).. I ordered an item on 11/29/12. It just got here yesterday 12/22/12 (from Korea).

On 12/10, when I had received nothing, I emailed and got a response that it had shipped... no tracking number, no estimated arrival time. When it still hadn't arrived 8 days later, I tried to email again, but the "response ticket" had been closed. So I called. I waited on line for about 4 minutes and got a nice guy named Joe who gave me the tracking number and then looked it up himself and told me when it would arrive and from where. It arrived on the day he said it would. They MEAN IT when they say 3-4 weeks, but for me, they did everything they said they would. If you want your stuff faster, buy through AMAZON!

I am currently having the worst possible time with customer service. I ordered some stuff In December, 2012 and they have royally mixed up the orders. I am missing one order and when I contact them each and every customer service agent keep giving me the same answer. I have given them all the details and they don't even have the time to verify my information . What they did was give one tracking number for two orders which were ordered days apart. I received the first order but now the other one seems to lost. In fact, the order I am missing was placed on the same day I received the first order. Imagine I place order number 2 around 2:30 p.m and order number 1 was received at 10:05 a.m of the same day.
I don't even think they understand simple English. I have the feeling I'm dealing with OUTSOURCED CUSTOMER SERVICE.That's the only explanation I can come up with. Lesson learned...buy from reputable stores. Never will I shop there again.
