I wouldn't even eat it for lunch or dinner. There's a reason it's referred to as Taco Hell.

@woadwarrior: I could eat Taco Bell 8 days a week! I love it. The one by my house is awesome, but I have been to a few that were down right nasty.

ok. that's one way to go.
but for those of us that do eat there: why not? you eat cold pizza for breakfast.

America, yes, and they will.
Me, no. I haven't had Taco Bell in months. Could go many more without it.

Finally! Hopefully they can make the good breakfast burritos I've always wanted!

Mexican breakfast burritos are one of my favorite foods. Try Qdoba's sometime. Looking forward to a $.99 version!

Hell, I've eaten burgers and fries at jack in the crack for breakfast

Let's pretend that I would consider eating Taco Bell for breakfast (and I haven't eaten Taco Bell at all in 10-15 years), I think I would rather just eat from the normal menu. The thought of "eggs" made by Taco Bell using the same recipe as their "meat" gives me the creeps. Vegetalized soy protein crumbles, plus yellow dye No. 5?

I would eat it for breakfast, lunch AND dinner. As long as they offer those burritos with spicy fritos in them!

It's like cold pizza for breakfast, wonderful!

Maybe if I wanted the sharts for the rest of the day...

I will eat it for dinner - at least I can deal with it privately

If they'll make a healthy breakfast burrito, sure. I'm not looking for egg whites and quinoa. Just ungreasy eggs and some fresh salsa. Maybe in a low-fat tortilla. I am glad to see them going in for some fresher salsas. I have long been a fan of Taco Cabana mostly due to their fresh salsas, but I have to go out of my way to get it. Taco Bell is a lot closer to me. Now if they'll only let me add my own salsa instead of parsing it out one teaspoon per item. I used 8oz of salsa verde on my Cabana Bowl yesterday.

I wouldn't. I'm not a fan of their food, though.

@moondrake: So, basically, your answer is no. Mine too.

Reminds me of Jim Gaffigan's bit about Hot Pockets. ' Good morning! You're about to call in sick!'

I thought it rolled out nationally last year, but I guess not-- We've had it locally for about a year I'd say. It's really one of the better fast food breakfasts I have had. Seemed a lot fresher. The Jimmy Dean morning wrap was my favorite thing, but it's a little pricey for the size.

Here in Austin, we have so many good local options for breakfast tacos/burritos that I can't imagine going to get them at TacoBell. But if I was on the road somewhere looking for a quick drive-thru breakfast, I might give it a shot.
