I placed my order and used a Jumbowoot coupon!

vote-for8vote-against

in for 3. Waiting for the day I am honored with a jumbowoot coupon!

vote-for5vote-against

Meh, in for just 1 w/ the JW coupon.

vote-for19vote-against

Like Cowboydann says: "Always buy three," so that's what I did. Using a @jumbowoot coupon, the shirts boiled down to just $5 each, which is an awesome deal, even if I only get one good one and two stinkers.

maybe i'm a little on the prejudiced side, but this seems like a rep building question. anything pro-woot! always gets a lot of upvotes and goes popular. i am not saying it shouldn't be because i agree it should, it just seems like an easy rep builder. that being said i'm not voting either way on the question (just so you don't think i'm being overly judgemental, and yes i realize this answer will get lots of downvotes)

vote-for13vote-against

ME! ME! ME! I'v been waiting to use that JW coupon on these. Finally!

vote-for9vote-against

I got one, and I am seriously hoping for the old made in the USA variety. Please Woot, please!

vote-for5vote-against

Only getting two this time, need to do better with saving money and I already used my Jumbowoot coupon.

vote-for8vote-against

@moosezilla: It definitely is a good rep building question. I upvoted it for awesomeness and you for honesty. YAY UPVOTES!

And I'm in for 3 random shirts and 1 blurry question mark shirt.

vote-for7vote-against

I'm in for three shirts in my size, three from kids (and I don't even have kids!), and one blurry question mark since it's still printing on AA. I have a second account that I haven't used in a year and I'm contemplating going in for another six later today.

I blame @narfcake; he's a bad influence. :p

BTW, teetrade.org is another good place to trade randoms; I've had much better luck there than in the trading thread to which narfcake linked.

@moosezilla: No downvote from me, but seriously, I couldn't care less where I rank. Randoms showed up today - it's a proper question from the resident shirt nerd

I've never hit #1 here, I've never been top deal hunter, and I don't think I've ever been on the top voter chart at all. If I truly concerned about my ranking here, fellow Wooters would see my name much more often here instead of at my usual stomping ground, the shirt.woot forums.

FWIW, this order of three makes it my 64th order from shirt.woot this year. And to think that if they didn't go import, I would've been in for even more!

vote-for11vote-against

@narfcake: you saw the picture I'm definitely in for 3. Always.

Also I agree - coming from someone who doesn't fret over their DW Rep at all, and being resident shirt-guru. This is definitely not a ranking question. PS, Narfcake- Big thanks for posting the numbers (especially during woot-off's with shirt breaks) the work is greatly appreciated even more now that I follow the reckoning and derby more closely.

I wasn't going to get three (I've still got one from the last ("I 'like' ou, but I don't 'really like' you") sitting waiting to be worn, traded, gifted, or otherwise disposed of), but reading this thread and decided to use the JW coupon. I was reminded that a couple of weeks ago a cute girl was behind me boarding a place and was wearing this shirt:

I mentioned to her that I liked her woot shirt.

Got 3 random K4 for my nieces :) I'm not sure what size that equates to in T sizes for kids, but I delivered them to my house so I can make sure they are appropriately themed. Last time she said they were too big for the girls, but its been a few months.

vote-for9vote-against

In for 3 since the size chart says they are the American Apparel shirts

vote-for4vote-against

Hah! How fast do you think they're growing... +1 for being an awesome uncle though!

vote-for5vote-against

Has anyone done the math or looked into which shirts we should expect?

vote-for4vote-against

Got 3. Hope they are good ones!

vote-for4vote-against

In for 3! I liked my last three randoms. Hoping for unlikely success again.

vote-for5vote-against

I'm actually kind of torn on the this one. There haven't been very many shirts that I've liked in the past few months...

vote-for6vote-against

I ordered a three pack for my daughter. The last random pack was pretty good, even got a Zombie Bait shirt for her to match mine.

vote-for0vote-against

Last time I ordered 3, I never got the coupon, so I decided not to buy anymore after that. This has saved me a lot of closet space.

vote-for3vote-against

In for 3, plus I just sold one of my last randoms for $15 so with a jumbowoot coupon and tax the total came to $2 out of pocket. Now that's a deal.

vote-for3vote-against

I bought three random kids shirts in K8 - my son is growing out of his collection of K6's.

vote-for4vote-against

Bought one shirt using Jumbo Woot! for a friend who hasn't been well. I just bought 11 college t-shirts at my local dollar store, so I think it's time to take a little random break. . . let's see if I make it through the day!

I also don't get the whole "always buy three" mandate. Buy what you can afford and what you want. Yes, if you buy three, you stand a better chance of getting at least 1 shirt you like, but it's not like it balances out the shipping costs, since it's free (unless you're buying for kids).

vote-for3vote-against

I have over 50 Woot shirts, and at least that many when it comes to Threadless.

This year so far, I've probably worn a t-shirt twice. As much as I love the designs, my style has changed and I find myself wearing more "dressy" or feminine shirts. So though I'm quite tempted by this AA random, I'm resisting because they're probably just going to sit in my closet with all my other t-shirts. Now if only I had the sewing and design skills to transform a t-shirt into something more my style...

vote-for4vote-against

Bought three of course! This will make shirts number 22, 23, & 24!

vote-for3vote-against

my son wears a size 10/12. I recommend buying an adult small as the kid's large shirts are very small and the arms are short and almost look like a ladies cut

vote-for3vote-against

I thought "always buy three" came from the days when woot frequently gave a $5 coupon to those who bought three Randoms. ($15 for three shirts is quite a deal!)
