Warner Bros. way back when they had the retail Studio Stores. It was the tail end of the 90's, and the stuff I was most interested in (Animaniacs) wasn't around by then anyways.

Ummmm Yes. Had left the company a few years before, went to a store that sold their products. Had an old photo badge (the current 1 was turned in), told the salesperson I no longer worked there. He said, "No problem, you get the employee discount." It was 20 or 25%, can't remember. He also mailed the gift item at no charge. His choice, so I don't feel like I did anything wrong. Still, I felt a little uneasy. Not enough to refuse the discount & free mailing, though.

I had a sweet discount at Verizon while I was working for The Gap, and I kept it for a while after I left. I also still have the antivirus my old firm gave to me, which I supposed to remove after quitting. sobs I feel so ashamed!!!.... not really.

The only place where I worked that had a product/service you could get a discount on was a rental car place (Enterprise) and I was only 20, meaning I couldn't even rent a dang car (you have to be at least 21)

@bund9032: I have a Perpetual license for McAfee that I got from my previous employer. I still use it as well :D

i still have my former employer's cellphone discount which gets me 20% off my bill each month. it's not the first time i kept a cellphone discount even after not being with the company. as long as i stay with the same cellphone carrier, i keep it and i'm not taking it off!!

I have at Barnes & Noble. Although the employee recognized me as an ex-co-worker and just did it to be nice, which was pretty darn cool. I tried once at Sears (they have employee discount cards) but it didn't go through.

I still have my GM badge that I use at Disney Epcot. I get an ultra-fast pass to get to the very, very front of the line of the GM Test Track.

That would be lying, which is something I do not do.

I may or may not still have a GM employee discount on my Verizon account.

@iggz: Good thing you don't lie. (Am thinking intentional misspells don't count as lies.)

I was never an employee of Best Buy, however, I have an employee discount with them online. Private store as well as retail. Also still have my account with Cheveron Perks.
