If you purchased the item from woot or one of its sub-websites then I would contact service@woot.com and they will help work through your dilemma. Please note that claims could take up to 24 hours to process, maybe more depending on how busy they are. Customer service is top-notch.

If you purchased the item from a deal found on deals.woot you will more than likely have to contact the website you purchased the item from.

There's a pretty big difference between not liking something, and something being damaged/busted/missing. The first we really can't help with (buyer's remorse is just that), but if you have a defective product, drop a line to service@woot.com and see how they can assist.

Title: I recently purchased a product from Woot, I am not happy with my purchase, what steps should I take to resolve this issue?

I purchased an iHome wireless keyboard and speakers. I no longer want this product and I would like it returned. It is in its original packaging the same as when I received the item. Would you be so kind as to provide me with directions on how I would go about returning this item. It looks like (a lack---perhaps) it lacks a keyboard.

A Google search of "Abbiah N Reddy" yields a bunch of hits for urologists with this name (strange that everyone with this name appears to be a urologist, either in MO or FL), and one hit (the 9th) for @reddyan9's comment above (the extremely downvoted one that actually has the name).

All around hilarious how the Interwebs works these days.
