questionsi bought a product from woot. i do not like it…

If you purchased the item from woot or one of its sub-websites then I would contact and they will help work through your dilemma. Please note that claims could take up to 24 hours to process, maybe more depending on how busy they are. Customer service is top-notch.

If you purchased the item from a deal found on deals.woot you will more than likely have to contact the website you purchased the item from.

Hey there!

There's a pretty big difference between not liking something, and something being damaged/busted/missing. The first we really can't help with (buyer's remorse is just that), but if you have a defective product, drop a line to and see how they can assist.

And also everything @studerc said.

Thanks for understanding!

Send an email to
They will help you if you're not suffering from Buyer's Remorse.

In the FAQ:
Will I receive customer support like I'm used to?
Not quite. If you buy something you don't end up liking or you have what marketing people call "buyer's remorse," sell it on Craigslist or at a garage sale. It's likely you'll make money doing this and save everyone a hassle. If the item doesn't work, first, find out what you're doing wrong. Yes, we know you think the item is bad, but it's probably your fault. Google your problem, or come back to that product discussion in our community and ask other people if they know. Try to call the manufacturer and ask if they know. If you give up and must return it to us, then follow on to the next FAQ entry.

I do not have any answer. You have to give me the answer . I asked you to give me the directions to return the product that you sent me for which I have paid you. When and how and where can I send it.?
Abbiah N Reddy. [mod: email removed to prevent mischief by others]

@inkycatz @lumpthar...touche on the Buyer's Remorse. I totally forgot about that aspect. :)

@reddyan9: WOOT you should reply to me. Can you?

@reddyan9: Technically WE don't have to give you a darn thing. We are just trying to provide a helping hand. Rude comments are not tolerated well around these parts. Also could we get a mod in to remove that email address before I get tempted and start sending emails to it! :)

@studerc: I thought about sending e-mails but then they would have mine as well...maybe later with a throw away address...but again that would be stooping to their level

@natedogg828: Discretion is the better part of valor.
EDIT: That doesn't sound right in my head. Is "better" the right word?

@lumpthar: exactly, hence why I won't despite the temptation to

@studerc: Done, yo. We know temptation is a hard thing and appreciate when people don't go there. :)

Couple more clear changes :)

Title: I recently purchased a product from Woot, I am not happy with my purchase, what steps should I take to resolve this issue?

I purchased an iHome wireless keyboard and speakers. I no longer want this product and I would like it returned. It is in its original packaging the same as when I received the item. Would you be so kind as to provide me with directions on how I would go about returning this item. It looks like (a lack---perhaps) it lacks a keyboard.

Thank you.
(no need to put your name because we already have your user name from asking the question)

@studerc: It's so much more fun when it is written in Broke-lish.

Clearly the keyboard is defective, just look at how the words come out when you type with it....

@90mcg112: +1. I chuckled so hard. You just made my day.

How ironic is it that your first purchase and your first question are both duds?

Thanks for the laughs guys.

A Google search of "Abbiah N Reddy" yields a bunch of hits for urologists with this name (strange that everyone with this name appears to be a urologist, either in MO or FL), and one hit (the 9th) for @reddyan9's comment above (the extremely downvoted one that actually has the name).

All around hilarious how the Interwebs works these days.
