@ohcheri: I am seeing plenty of new deals in the last 2 hours...what's up there?

@jsimsace: I guess I was on the wrong tab...but the primary bug report is still valid. None of the deals I'm clicking on show clicks or views registered (including this question).

Sorry, but I'm not understanding what you two mean when you say "click" (the other two are fine). It may have been a transitory error; there was a brief slowdown around nine-thirty pm, pacific. I see nothing unusual, myself.

I downvoted this question, and refreshed the page, and the little status window showed a downvote. I removed it, refreshed, and it was gone. Same thing with an upvote. @ohcheri, are you still seeing this problem?

[Edit] Oh, wait. When you say "click" do you mean whether or not the URL has been visited? Sometimes I find that one hard to tell, myself.

@shrdlu: The error was fixed not long after I posted this but I was referring to the "Stats" box to the right. Votes and downvotes were appearing but not clicks and views.

@ohcheri: I still do not understand what you mean by "click" then. There is no category on the stats box that refers to clicks, and while I thought you were referring to the change from bold to normal on the URL once you'd visited it, now I see that you mean something else.

@shrdlu: Go to any deal and look to the right. There is a box that shows Stats: Clicked, Commented, Viewed, etc. (These stats are different for Questions.)

@ohcheri: Sorry. (hangs head in shame). I'd like to plead lack of caffeine this morning, but that doesn't cover me for last night. Hopefully your ::face::palm:: of frustration wasn't too painful. ;-}

Thanks for explaining, though. I admit to not usually looking at any of the stats other than votes, normally (on Deals or Questions), and even that, not very often. I can see it being far more important for a vendor, and realize how useful that statistic must be. No wonder you were wanting it to be fixed.

As an aside, I see that almost half the views on my little deal I'd posted also had click throughs to see it in greater detail, an interesting point that makes me happy to know.

@shrdlu: No worries, it's a pretty cool little addition.
