When you buy iPods (or other Apple devices) through non-Apple merchants, your best bet is to buy an extended warranty through SquareTrade (or a similar service). Generally a much better bargain than the warranties offered by the merchants themselves (I'm looking at you, Best Buy!).
But to answer your question, deals.woot is a deal aggregator, and does not offer deals themselves. You would need to check with the actual merchant selling a product to see what warranties they offer.
Woot itself does not offer extended warranties when they sell iPods on one of their sites (Woot, Sellout Woot, Moofi, etc.).
Deals.woot doesn't actually sell anything, simple aggregates the best deals so you can find them more easily. You should check with the merchant you're buying from, or look into a SquareTrade warranty.
Any iPod a year from original purchase can still get AppleCare direct from Apple.
